These custard tarts are an everyday treat! Spend a little time in the kitchen at the weekend and you’re set up for the week, make 12 – 14 of these little beauties and you know they are there when you get home. Of course there is a fair chance they won’t last that long, because they are best eaten warm.. but that’s up to you!
